How to: Rope Crunches

How to do rope crunches:

Do a kneeling position at a cable machine. Grasp the rope with arms up, keeping the back and upper arms straight.

Start the exercise by curling the torso downward, fully contracting the abs. Return to starting position and repeat. 

Do two sets, with 15 reps each.
