Lying Crunches

How to do lying crunches

Lie flat on your back with legs bent and feet flat on the floor. Clasp the back of your head with both hands. 

Roll the torso forward in sit-up motion. Pause momentarily and lower back on floor. 

Repeat without resting between repetitions. Do 3 sets of 10-15 reps each set.
